Experience strategy requires excellent grasp of journey mapping and persona development. 

Research with key audiences forms the basis of all customer understandings and I am regularly called on to work with the UX teams to ensure Imagination develops outstanding digital and physical experiences that meet real need states through human centered design principles.

Prototyping is a key part of our development process from paper prototypes to full size physical models. At the heart of it is the strategy team's ability to communicate the experience needs of consumers across multiple channels.
