Challenge: 324 Consultancy are a boutique consulting firm at a critical stage of development. After a year of successful contracting they knew they needed to move to the next level with their brand and identity. They needed an expert approach to rebranding.
Insight: Through workshops and interviews we uncovered the brand truth of 324: they are highly focused and differentiated in both their FS offer and their approach, but their internal and external brand expressions didn't match. Bringing them into line and taking a bold approach to their difference in both consulting and operations was the key to differentiating their brand against competitors such as EY, not focusing on cost.
Solution: Our new brand position "Strength Through Clarity" could inform both their new identity and positioning within the industry.
