Experience strategy

I have delivered experience strategy for multiple Ford HMX (human machine experience) projects from devising Millennial friendly mobility experiences to workshopping new, high-value in-car interface engagements. 

 

Each project has involved stakeholder interviewing and user observation in order to deliver the best. I have worked with cross-functional client teams and with people at all levels to get actionable outcomes that actually appear on and in vehicles and have devised all levels of strategic investigations from 1/2 day brainstorms to 5 day immersion and strategy sessions. 

My focus is always to represent the user and get to the heart of their need with clients and internal teams and drive the most creative solutions.

I have also delivered strategic approaches to helping UX/UI and HCD teams socialise their work inside the company.
