Connected Experience Platform
Auto shows are a rich environment for delivering on brand value and product leads. We devised an end to end digital experience that allowed users to engage with Ford pre-, during and post show to enable engagement, deliver delight and generate sales for Ford.

Beginning with a choice of creating a profile on our website or engaging anonymously at the show we mapped the actions, engagement and key emotional moments of users at the show. We explored different interaction moments, data proection scenarios and above the decision making context of the visitors. We did this exercise for both Ford and Ford's luxury brand, Lincoln.

We created an end to end solution including the ability to share and store direct from mobile using RFID and a personal profile.

Results:
Auto Shows are recognized as the most effective lead to sale tool that Ford's content activations deliver.
Ford and Lincoln stands regularly receive overall ratings over 85%
